As you prepare to sell your home, there are several things you can do to make sure it is photo-stopping and show ready!
1. Start with Your Curb Appeal: A recent study shows that 100% of buyers start their home shopping journey online. You want to make sure the photos of your home entice people to take a look in person. Power wash your outdoor surfaces, wash the windows (inside & out), tidy up your landscaping, sweep patios, decks and walkways and make sure your door and front door mat are clean and inviting.
2. Show that Your Home has been Cared for: By fixing anything that is broken and touching up any scuffs on walls or baseboards, you can reduce a buyer thinking that there may be bigger problems with the home that they cannot see. We want your home to say "I've been take care of!". Clean your vents and baseboards, vacuum, mop and sweep floors, declutter throughout and organize countertops and closets.
